At the very beginning of Mys Tyler we created our brand values. Values that would guide how we behave, how we prioritize things and as a brand how we speak. These are the values that are important to us, and the community that we're building. We took time to step away from the office, grab a hot chocolate, and revisit these values to see if they are still true to our vision, and the brand. We'll be working on these as a team at our next Monday all hands meeting. Here they are now.... once aligned we will also share a descriptor of each one.
