Wow there's a lot of admin that comes with setting up a business. We're officially incorporated "Mys Tyler Tech Pty Ltd", we have a bank account, we have set up Xero for our bookkeeping and payroll (not that we're getting paid - life of a startup founder), and completed lots of paperwork to authorize the shares to our investor (how exciting). But keen to get this out of the way so we can go back to focus on building the company.
