Mys Tyler FitCheck
Every fashion retailer is chasing the same goals: increase conversions and reduce returns. We’re proud to be launching FitCheck—a next-generation e-commerce tool that brings real-world fit and diversity directly to the place where it matters most, the product page.
FitCheck is currently rolling out with select retail partners through the end of 2025, ahead of a global public launch in 2026. Participating partners will have early access to the technology, custom creator activations, data-backed insights and the opportunity to co-design the next phase of product development. The $100 Billion Problem
Globally, around 30% of all online fashion purchases—nearly one in three—are returned, costing the retailers hundreds of billions
annually. With one-third of returned fashion items unsellable, compounding both financial and sustainability challenges.
Despite the billions invested in sizing tools, virtual try-ons, and body scanning technologies, the fashion industry continues to overlook a critical factor: the human element. Fit isn’t just about measurements—it’s about how a piece makes someone feel. Does it suit their shape, their coloring, their lifestyle? For many women, style confidence doesn’t come naturally. But when they see someone they relate to wearing and styling an item, it builds trust. That sense of connection becomes powerful social proof—and it’s a key driver of conversion.
Our consumer app, powered by a proprietary Fit Algorithm to match shoppers with like-bodied content creators, sees return rates of just 5.9% proving representation and fit intelligence in tech is the future of fashion retail.
The Representation Gap
Fashion e-commerce is still dominated by a narrow representation of the population. Review platforms have brought some user-generated content into the mix, but visual reviews are limited—and “plus-size” women are less likely to leave visual reviews. This leaves a significant gap in the shopping experience.
We’re solving this by drawing from our global community of diverse fashion contributors, carefully curated to reflect the population. These creators provide high-quality, relatable, instantly available content that bridges the gap between traditional studio photography and real-world styling.
Women want to see clothes on bodies that reflect their own—across different shapes, sizes, heights, and personal styles. When representation feels authentic, it builds trust, boosts conversions, and helps reduce returns.
How FitCheck works
FitCheck is a next-gen tool that extends traditional model imagery by integrating diverse, creator-powered content directly onto a brand’s product pages. Seamlessly embedded alongside standard e-commerce photos, FitCheck showcases how items look on a range of women. Interactive carousels of images and videos—enriched with creator body data—give shoppers the context they need to buy with confidence.

Fashion brands and retailers collaborate directly with our creators to get FitCheck ready from launch. Unlike traditional user-generated content, FitCheck is curated, on-brand, scalable, and immediately available.

Retailers no longer have to choose between polished and authentic. FitCheck delivers both—bringing empathy, relatability, and real-world diversity to the product page, and ultimately helping shoppers feel more confident in their purchases.
